1.Take a coin size amount and apply onto your wet skin.
2.Massage in a circular motion to cleanse your skin.
3.Rinse well with water and pat dry.

1.Hold the bottle a couple of inches away from the face.
2.Spray lightly onto your face as and when you need.

1.Scoop a small quantity of the scrub onto your palm.
2.Use your finger tips to massage the scrub on your face and neck in circular strokes.
3.Use lukewarm water to wash off the scrub.
4.Next, splash your face with cold water and pat dry.
Caution: Avoid scrubbing any pimples. Use twice a week for best results.

1.Cleanse skin with cotton wool dipped in raw milk.
