STEP 1: Shake the liqiud eyeshadow well.
STEP 2: Apply 3 to 4 dots of the eyeshadow using the applicator.
STEP 3: Use your fingertips to blend the eyeshadow.
Note: Avoid using a makeup brush to blend as the pigments may disperse.
